As the NBN roll out date has passed. Everyone should be aware that if the NBN arrives in your area you DO have to switch to it as all other services will be cut. Even if it means you drop speed. The Big Ears/Turdbull Governments came in to save money and it's actually going to cost more for a lesser service.
All NBN service providers will have costs available. If you switch and get cut off, it could take you months to hook up as you missed the copper boat.

NBN has been in my area for I think over 12 months, but we haven't got it as we cannot get any service.
