Piesnchess wrote:Sad news, but he did have a good and long life. He is the last link to the McHale era, the very last link to that great period of Pies superpower, its closed now forever. He was a very witty and funny guy, and he sure loved the Pies with a passion, I'm so glad he lived to see his statue outside our headquarters, next to his mate bobby rose. Rest in peace Lou, the three wise monkeys are together again, Lou, jack, and bobby davis.
Perfectly put,
RIP Lou, a very lovely, clever, witty man xxxx

You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either!
RIP Lou.
This puts our loss to Carlton on the back burner.
A champion player and a champion bloke.
You will always be remembered for how you played the game and how you lived your life....
A Truly sad day for the Collingwood football Club,it's supporters and admirers of which there were 100,'s of thousands.Who could ever forget the 3 wise monkeys on league Teams late on Thursday nights and the winding up of Captain Blood? his ongoing work on the Good Friday appeals and his unrelenting sense of the comic. He will be sorely missed and another of the legends who made our great club what it is .
RIP Lou Richards and you are now back with your beloved Edna.
