,, given that a more and more stringent salary cap AND draft will be in place it is going to become more and more difficult to emulate Melbourne and Brizzies rise to the top in a season or so.
,,,doesn't look good does it !!!!
,,, no doubt Ed & Co have thought about this but what are the best options
- big biz CFC (legal top $ jobs for stars?)
- best coach money can buy
- best support staff
- hook into the TV revenues somehow

I agree with you 100%, pie no sauce, the salary cap has really stuffed it up for us as we cannot go out and buy quality players. What really annoys me is the fact that the Collingwood Fc, through their members and supporters, actually subsidise other clubs that struggle to pull a crowd.Maybe the sooner the AFL sends teams like the bulldogs and Kangaroos interstate the better, so there will be more room in Melbourne for us to try and get better players.Go Pies
