After watching various recent horrid political events unfold - and, frankly, almost everything that has been newsworthy in the US since January - one could nearly be excused for adopting a view that the world is full of stupid, bigoted people who have little capacity for independent, reflective thought and who are easily swayed to vote against their own interests if they think that their vote might help lead to someone else getting kicked even harder than they are being kicked.
But, in some rare good news, it seems plenty of people are easily (and relatively inexpensively) bought:

All news sources these days peddle opinions and agendas rather than facts.
All the supposition about the England tower fire and what caused it is exactly that, but because the supposition is being repeated so often, people believe it as fact. We'll know the facts when an actual investigation is done.
In an age when there are so many 24/7 sources of information, facts and fact checking have become a forgotten art and people are impatient for news and more so than ever willing and eager to believe whatever they see/hear/read that matches their own opinions and beliefs, it has never been easier to manipulate people if you want to.

^ No news source is perfect, but there's a big difference between established outlets with an agenda and deliberately misleading sites (of which there are a number these days). The latter are an entirely separate problem and have really flourished in the age of social media.

Rebel Wilsons win in her defamation case today is a good example of fake news, even though the articles were in print rather than social media.
Journalistic principles of verifying facts prior to publication were tossed out the window. I don't know much about her but it's good to see someone stand up to having their reputation trashed. Once upon a time a journalist who wrote rubbish would have lost their job.

Basically, they're shot.
Professional roo shooters take them down, one minute Skip is bouncing along, the next, dead on the ground. In most cases wouldn't know what hit him or feel it, the static shock from the bullet would take care of that.
Cows and Sheep are able to be herded into pens, loaded on trucks and taken to abattoirs, good luck trying to do that with Roos.
Sheep and Cows are raised domestically for human consumption
Roos are wild animals who's numbers need to be culled to keep numbers manageable. The side effect is that we eat the meat.
Saltwater Crocs are farmed for meat and hides. I'd love to watch the CCTV video of greenpeace or Peta trying to free the crocs.
