Move the bike lane to the middle of the freeway, maybe?
let em drive down the tram tracks and complain that tram drivers are inconsiderate?
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

Hi dee hi,

Shift work & far too tired. Had a really shit roster pattern & now I'm feeling ill. Anyways, i agree with you, lets get rid of cars.

Reaching across with one's opposite hand to open the drivers door needs to be encouraged. As you noted car dooring is (i'm pretty sure) the biggest reason why cyclists have accidents.

I am reminded of the Two Ronnies' Gilbert and Sullivan send-up - "Travelling down the Far Canal. Far Canal ....."

Cyclists have accidents because they're on bikes.

The Dutch reach across with the opposite hand because they are caring people who respect and care for cyclists.

The Americans don't because some cop will think they are reaching for a gun and shoot the carp out of them.

The Australians don't because they couldn't care less.

The Germans don't because they are too fat.
