The issue isn't that the player took a picture of her breasts, that she would have agreed to, it's the sharing of it with others without her permission that makes it a crime.
Because we can't see her face it spares her greater humiliation from the wider public but within the football circles it was originally shared with she would be known and thus she feels aggrieved.
P.S-On a side note do people realise that while the age of consent is 16 if a couple make an explicit video or image that features a 16 or 17 year old and it becomes known to the police the people involved can be charged with a child pornography offence.

Assuming that a woman hasn't or wouldn't give consent to the picture being posted is pretty damn sexist. If what David says is true and she's come forward then sure the guy is a sleaze and should probably compensate her for his shithouse actions but why is everyone frothing at the mouth without any facts?
People post pictures of themselves naked, their partners naked, various sexual combinations of third parties and pretty much anything else you could think of. Why does this picture that is about Picture Magazine levels of tame warrant this kind of reaction?

the real crime is concealing her perfect breasts. I cant believe that it is legal to put those black dots on the photo. heads should roll.Harrysz wrote:Sixpoints speaks with truth and clarity.
E wants to blame the victim. If the woman didn't consent to the dissemination of the image, then it's a criminal offence. This has nothing to do with political correctness.
Cant we please move on. Everyone should get to enjoy her perfect form. She owes it to us at the very least.

Would someone be able to clarify what kind of contracts players have with their clubs?
I'm not condoning what was done.
However, if I did something dodgy on my own time and away from my worksite and then my employer started talking about taking
punitive action against me I'd be getting the lawyers (or the union) involved.
Are AFL players ever "off the clock"?
