Interesting that I read elsewhere, Jamie Packer sold the 9 network for around $5.5 Billion 10 years ago, the new merged company of 9 and fairfax is collectively valued at $4.2 Billion. That's a massive drop in value which shows the impact of digital media.
Thoughts?
I can see a bumpy integration for Fairfax employees if 9 wants to impose a single culture.
