Boring subtexts in posts

For those struggling to understand this thread, the following may help:
Subtext: noun. A subtle or hidden meaning embedded within a text which mainly concerns a different, more obvious subject.
Then again, since the thread does not actually seem to be about subtexts, possibly it won't help.

The mods team are aware of many, many examples of Nicksters "repeating their boring crap".
Unless its off-topic or particularly offensive, we don't propose to do much besides roll our eyes and yawn.
As long as it doesn't contradict the Rules, we are generally prepared to let it stand.
That being said, we have been known to send the very occasional, "can you please give it a rest for a while" recommendation.
Luckily, Jarryd Blair hasn't looked like being seriously considered for the seniors, so both sides of the debate have been relieved.
