I don't admire it as much as I consider it a form of self flagellation :?

It was today. Just wasn't up to it when I left at 6.4am! Group of four of us. We are not fast but we're in the 25-30 m / hr group generally but I really felt it today despite the absence of wind.

I need to walk more and eat less.

The daughter is having a blinder.

She messaged me yesterday for Fathers day, and they're really seeing Europe in that campervan.

After spending a couple of days at a makeshift caravan park with pirated electricity, she's now been through Spain and Portugal (staying at a joint called The Gspot Hostel :? ) and now onto Morocco.

I can see someone struggling badly to settle back into work when they come back.
