Just realized my mistake

I was distracted. Mea Culpa. Good luck to Wokko though.

so far only 2 weird calls from the new neighbours - your house cant be legal - um the approval is on the fence - but your pegs show the house 2cm from the boundary - nope, string line pegs - oooooohhh. Then His next door neighbour - Im concerned you can see into my yard and im getting a pool - no its ok, we cant - can you send me a copy of the plans so i can check - (and hubby said yes!!) - so i blanked everything out and send the outline of the back of the house & invited her around for a wine/whine! She says righto ill get back to you, im just painting the house in melbin, not sure where that is!

Hehe, seriously, I dont know what she was thinking, her block is on the diagonal, so She will be looking at the side wall and rear corner of the upstairs BBQ area. As i said to her, the view is out the front! I do intend to get a telescope though, i might set it up before we fill the back wall in!!

Hah.

I'm happy, my brain still works. :D

Got a couple of performance/behaviour issues today. First one I was just operating on basic principles, by the second one I was in my stride recalling information I hadn't needed for 12 years or more.

Got an explanation of the workflow for dealing with these from one of the lawyers in the IR area (may need some more) then reviewed the EA. The current provisions for managing performance and misconduct are seriously archaic. 1970's public service style. The provisions in the new EA which is waiting approval from FWA are far improved. May have to stall.
