OMG, I'm offended thread

Seems to be that people are getting offended over many things. Somethings can be genuinely offensive while others might be trivial.

This thread can be used to discuss the merits of certain items that make the news. What's the verdict on this, offensive or not?

People who complained about man sized tissues really need a life.

"Man Size" has been used forever to describe something large cos, guess what, men are (generally) bigger than women.

All part of the groupthink, not worth worrying about.

It's pathetic!

The world is getting softer by the minute. Kids can't go outside at school if it's; too hot, too cold or going to rain... sports carnivals get called off if the 'forecast' is for rain.

Girls can be boys... boys can be girls... or... they can be gender neutral..

FFS, where will it end?!

what size do condoms come (oops) in? S M L XL, mansize, youth size (double oops)

My folks despite being in their 80s still volunteer for driver reviver in QLD north of Gympie. I have helped a few times. One woman complained becuse despite it being free cordial, tea and coffee she couldn't get some poxy chai tea . then had a go at Dad because he called a woman in her 60s "Young lady" about him being sexist and condescending. I laughed when the other woman told her to grow up and mind her own bloody business and then told her to piss off to a cafe and pay for it.
My old boss was a gentelemna (despite being a Bluescum) and they told us we were not allowed to use sweetheart and love and darling so Jack complied. jack had 3 daughters and was happily married for 50 years . The typist controller came and saw him one day and ask what the problem was because all the typists were upset because he wasn't being complimentary to them anymore. the message got back to HR and they backed off on the older blokes because they had known some of the women for years and were personal friends and they had not complained.

Ha, there's a woman who works in the servo up in Toc. 40's/50's thereabouts in age. Every time I walk she says " Hey Darl, how ya goin"

Who should I complain to? :P :lol:

How long before someone complains that King size beds are bigger than Queen sized? Surely that's sexist too?
