paid off the Redline, so I thought I'd get a quote for a Walkinshaw supercharger.

OMFG. $19k for the supercharger and exhaust upgrade.

I think I like it the way it is.

These people walk amongst us!

Speechless
And they are tourists in our country.

Yesterday hubby and I decided to go to Hanging Rock and then drive to Macedon for lunch.

Hanging Rock was busy with the usual number of nufties with inappropriate footwear for walking. Drove thru Mount Macedon and it was chckers with tourists visiting open gardens - cars parked every wear and people doing u-turns in stupid places.

When we entered the Avenue of Honour lots of tourists walking along and STANDING in the middle of the road to get selfies & photos. Total numbats.
These are the type people who cost two wonderful volunteers their lives last week.

I dunno, Toby seems pretty good compared to religions who want to kill everyone who isn't of their religion.

And despite this triumphant headline, it seems the police are up the creek without a paddle.

Perhaps we needn't worry too much about the Surveillance State just yet.

Certainly is astonishing, particularly when you read what happened in the lead-up to the incident (it's pretty much the entire plot of Steven Spielberg's first film). Hard to comprehend what could motivate someone to do something like this.

"Not afraid to hit a girl". Like it's an heroic act or something. What an award winning dipshit.

Honestly, that's almost the least of his crime (not the physical assault, I mean the fact that he didn't discriminate according to gender). This would have been just as horrifying if his target had been a man, I reckon.

For mine it's worse because it was a woman, I doubt this gutless wonder would've tried this on a decent sized man.

Sure, but not all men are "decent-sized" (i.e. able to defend themselves from a raving madman), and it’s not like they have stronger eye sockets or a higher pain tolerance.

Maybe all you munchkins should start a hobbit community somewhere. :P

I've copped a claw hammer to the head and got a slight fracture of the eye socket as a result. Pain tolerance is relative, there's different kinds of pain. People generally cope with some kinds better than others, some can't cope with any and a rare few can deal with all.
