Oh the irony - starting a new thread to quell new threads

Posters, passion aside for a moment, can we make an effort to stop making new threads every time you feel you've had such an original thought it deserves its own thread. (habitual offernders ~ Eureka, BazBoy) Otherwise we'll end up like BigFooty.

Look at any of the past 3 pages (or a simple search - given there's 1706 pages of content) I'm pretty sure you'll find a thread on your topic. I reckon 75% can be covered under ~
*Injury & Illness (can we sticky this? Presti35 provides a regular update)
*Buckley's weekly interview with Gerard Whateley in 2019
*Is Buckley coaching better than we think?
*any of Donny's Pre & Post Match + GB medal + AFL coaches award
*+ there's already a thread on every player - no need to start a new one (for the new players, why not use / amend BazBoy's foundation Welcome to Collingwood -XXXX)

Mods, can we merge these more readily, particularly the injury threads.

If we require more functionality, how about a fund raising drive to give Mike & co some additional resources. $20 from each poster might well provide some welcome additons... like brining back the ignore function.
