"Cowes Bay Estate is one of the most desirable and enviable properties on Waiheke Island." There is no way I envy whoever has to vacuum that house!
The first one does look like a good place to start my new religious cult, though... plus, only a short luxury cruise away from where my sister now lives!

Bill Shorten shapes as the new Krudd for Labor, or their version of Abbott.
Clearly takes no fault for losing the unloseable election, instead blaming media and therefore totally insulting all the people who didn't vote Labor.
Apparently still habours leadership aspirations which proves he's delusional. Dude, on a preferred PM poll, you lost out consistently to Abbott, Turnbull and Sco Mo. Face reality wee willy, you're as popular with the Australian public as a Vegan at a butchers picnic.
Albo seems likely to put him on the front bench which may help them keep him focused a bit, but his presence will be a constant thorn in their side.
Prediction, Lib/Nat coalition to win the next election with an increased majority, despite Albo actually offering a legit alternative.
