Carlton levels - and then takes the lead by a point. Looking at the team stats, it is impossible to see how they are in this game - Melbourne's disposal has been actually worse than hopeless this quarter.

And Hunt - who is possibly one of the worst users of a footy by hand or foot that I have ever seen in general play, kicks his third goal, to get Melbourne back the lead. If he hadn't turned it over repeatedly going inside 50 this quarter, Melbourne would probably still lead by 5 goals.

North lead 66 to 45 early in the third.

Meanwhile, Brisbane was 14 times GWS' score - but with just one kick, they are only double. 14 to 7.

Brisbane lead 4.4 to 2.3, about 1/3 of the way through the second quarter.

Meanwhile, at 3/4 time, North lead St Kilda 83 to 53.

North won 112 to 73 over the 'Aints. For North, Larkey and Zurhaar each kicked 5 and Simpkin had 36 disposals. For St Kilda, Bruce kicked 6 and Billings had 35 disposals.

Brisbane lead 55 to GWS 35 at 1/2 time.
