Teams posted in the OP. Looks a strong side, shame I won't be at the ground to see Adams' first VFL game since 2014.

Rumoured to be a finger injury for Varcoe, no idea about Lynch.

Interesting half.
A bit scrappy at times.
Wind blowing strongly to the yarra falls end.
So with the scores of 4-6 to 4-7 you would expect
that willy would be a head by 3 /4 time as they are kicking with the wind.
Tay Adams has played an excellent half and kicked a great goal
roving off the ruck.
No trouble with him coming in next week.
Some other thoughts.
Tyler Brown has skilll but he is not physically up to going
up into the VFL.
Shazza has taken a lot of marks off half back
Thomas really looks out of form.
I wonder what is going on in his head.
Backline stood up with Goldy Appleby, Magden and the irish boy doing ok.
Atu has some pace and seems to be improving as the year
wears on
Wilson looks like john Howard from the great movie the club.
Seems to be smoking the same weed as him.
Looks like a big grey cloud coming up so it may rain in
the 3rd quarter.
Anybodies game at the moment.

3 quarter time.
Pies by 3 points ....44 to 41.
Should win this as we are kicking with the wind.
But it has died down a bit.
Rain off sunshine now.
Bloody Melbourne in mid july.

Interesting, because the Pies were warned in the game last night. The offender was supposedly Crocker. In GD there's talk of Pies tactics, though, so maybe he was trying to follow the plan & going a bit too early.
