Nic Nat is one player from another team that I simply love watching. What a pity we haven't seen the best of him through injury. Now he's gone down with another season ending ankle injury while playing against us.
Does anyone else think Nic Nat needs to lose some weight (I'm talking 10-15 kilos at least), because this puts too much strain on his knees and ankles? I'd say that if Nic Nat played basketball he might get the odd injury but nothing too serious. But the rigours of ALF footy means his body has no chance of surviving long-term.
Darcy Moore is similarly injury prone (but to soft tissue injuries), but clearly weight is not an issue where he is concerned.
