We need a roooooop chant just like in 2002 when we had Betheras running around in a Prelim.
Human behavioural studies suggest people who use a lot of swear words tend to be more honest & trustworthy.

That'd be great Johnno. I love the Wombat nickname, but chanting "Woooombaaaat" doesn't seem to have quite the same impact!!! :D

Bit concerned about Rupert not having signed yet. The Age Real Footy Podcast suggesting he might be weighing up optins.

Here's hoping The Wombat signs with us, puts in a massive pre-season and comes back in 2020 looking like a franger full of walnuts.

What would his trade value be? Does he have any?

15 AFL games across 4 seasons and never more than 9 in any year.

Never had more than 10 kicks in a game.

Averaged 5 kicks per game in 2019.

Had 3 kicks in a preliminary final and the competition for his spot in the team (Sier) has just been signed for 2 years.

Turns 27 next May.

From our perspective, would we even offer him a new contract? Maybe 12 months to see whether he does anything next year?
