Magpies Still Most Hated

Nice to open todays Herald Sun to page 15 and be confronted by the headline
"MAGPIES STILL MOST HATED"

Seems thet their latest survey shows that 9 clubs list the CFC as their most hated opponents. And this when we have not been a serious premiership threat!

Eddie quotes;
"Being hated is one of our key performance indicators for the year"
"Its great that they are lining up to hate us even though we are only halfway to where we want to be"

Gotta love him!

Also in the same article the Mighty CFC is listed as the 2nd most supported club, Essenscum being No. 1.
Percentages: 1999 - 13%, 2000 - 14%, 2001 - 16%. Still 4% behind the mighty scum. But 6% above Carlscum! HaHa!
How good is all that considering our on-field form over the past decade?

We are back, we are going forward. The premiership will truly "be a CAKEWALK" before to long.
Then we shall rightly re-claim our position as No. 1 supported club.

I am bitterly dissapointed that it was only 9 clubs.
Adelaide and Port probably list each other.
We need to change all this next year. We need all clubs to hate our club, all opposition supporters to us and the media to continue to bag us.
That will mean we have won back our bragging rights!

BTW I can't believe Carlton isn't on that list.

No, Adelaide list Bulldogs as most hated. Carlscum and Essenscum list each other. Interesting that both WA clubs list us.
Poos list Essenscum, Port list Crows and Saints list Crows.

Ah, the mighty mighty mighty Black & white.

Aren't you just so thankful that Collingwood chose us???? Other supporters have to content themselves with inferior clubs.

This year they may hate us .. next year they will FEAR US!!!!!

For the record RW1's most hated clubs (can't believe this wasn't it's own personal category on the survey)

1. CARLTON (I know I don't have to explain this to the faithful)
2. Essendon (for sheer cockiness and thinking they are the best when we know only ONE club can ever carry that mantle)
3. Hawks (Really learning to hate this bunch of thugs with bad hair with passion - delighted to see them self destruct this year)
4. Richmond (Cos a particularly obnoxious Tiges supporter always gives it to me big time and i want REVENGE!!!!!!!)
5. North (purely on the Poodles comments that his most treasured footy memory was the looks on the faces of the pies supporters after a loss)
6. Bris, Syd (AFL's pets - concession city)
7. All the rest equal but can move anyone up the list at a moments notice

6) Adelaide - took what was rightfully ours, a place in the finals
7) Port - for trying to steal the magpies moniker
