Absolutely impossible to get through.

After several attempts, it's hopeless.

They've given us the full package for the same price we're paying, however they've over charged us last month. So we'll see if I keep being charged what I was paying or more. But even trying to sort that out is impossible as no one answers calls or emails.

It seems they've packed up their offices and bad luck to anyone that wants to cancel. I can imagine they'll have a lot to deal with when people are allowed to go back to work.

Well a few weeks later and its all solved.

We got through and cancelled. They offered the full package for a much lower amount per month. So anyone that has kept Foxtel need to ring up for this deal.

They also refunded the 2 months of payments they took, but tried two more times to keep us on as customers with better deals.

But the box is now out of my house. I think of the wasted money as I hardly every watched it. And without sports, its pointless. Yeah the sports will come back, but I wont need Foxtel for them.

I wonder how many customers they've lost?

Probably lost a few, guess that's why they've started another streaming service for those who want all the TV shows from Foxtel without the Foxtel.

Foxtel's business model is putrid, and a total relic from the 90s.

They'd want to take stock of things once this Covidiocy is over, and actually start listening to mugs like us...
