But the rarity of the arrest, the fact that police officers who brutalize or even kill other people while wearing a badge so seldom end up facing any consequences is an ugly reminder of how unjust America’s legal system can be."

These protests are seriously $@&^# up.

Black guy killed by white cop, people do protests, others join in so there's looting, arson and hardcore destruction, ironically meaning the Police need to elevate their responses.

Protest against Police Brutality justifies Police Brutality.

According to someone I heard on the radio, left wing anarchists have taken over the protests.

Sorry, but setting fire to buildings and smashing widows so you can run in and steal shit isn't a protest, it's straight out criminal behaviour

Not sure about blaming left wing anarchists for this? There are a huge number of straight out thugs and criminals taking advantage of the anger of the people!

Wouldn't surprise me if radicals have hijacked the protests.

This is very reminiscent of the LA Riots in 1992.

Saw this devastated not young black woman saying she wished she was where George was - her home, small family business and livelihood all destroyed - how the duck does that help to get the much needed reform or honour the memory of the murdered man FFS
