I'm also strongly against locking it. If you lock it, it'll sink and be harder to find, and even once found will be impossible to quote. I need easy access to previous posts.

And I'm against a new thread. If everyone is disciplined (e.g. no political diversions), there's no need to split stuff off. You can still delete posts from long threads, right, even if you can't split them off?

Secondly it's a slang term for a drug, Ketamine, which is a powerful sedative used to tranquilise horses and some AFL footballers, similar effect to your posts generally.
