I don't know why just people over 18 (but there's no direct quote either). Many countries have teens wearing masks.

Dandenong, no surprises there, most likely next outbreak after the NW suburbs.

Anyway I decided to do the right thing and get test before heading north to escape. Flowed quite quickly through the drive thru testing site at Knox, still feel violated but wasn't as bad as expected. Nice young girl was gentle!

'Coz all the under 18 barstards are going to be locked up on suspicion, not to be released until they learn how to socially distance, make change form $10 without a bleedin calculator, and turn their baseball caps around frontwards.

Telehealth changes:

"From July 20, GPs will have to prove "an existing and continuous relationship with a patient" in order for Medicare rebates to be paid for telehealth unless the patient lives in Melbourne where lockdown measures are in place.

Under the new rules, telehealth rebates will be available for patients who have seen the same practitioner, or another doctor at the practice, for a face-to-face consultation in the last 12 months.

Homeless patients and children aged under 12 months are exempt from the restriction.
