4 goals in a row to Melbourne . They now lead by 7 goals, a few seconds before 3/4 time.

Melbourne won 14.7 to 7,6.
Let’s hope the western derby is a bit more competitive.

West Coast lead 1.1 to 0. Kennedy has the entire score, in his 250th game.

Good contest, so far. Wouldn't mind Taberner as a marking target at FF in the black and white.

Me too. My only worry is that they aren't easy beats anymore. We made progress in closing the W/L gap with them, and we are so close that I am, hoping we can overtake them.

Right now, a cardboard cutout (hat tip to Mick M.) at FF would be about as good as any key forward we have there.

Monday night footy - it might have been Green Bay v the Oakland Raiders with Favre under centre for the Pack and Jerry Rice receiving for the Raiders but, no, we've got Adelaide v St Kilda. Adelaide kept St Kilda at bay for about 50 seconds. 1 goal to nothing.

Scores level, 8 apiece. Looks like St Kilda getting off to such an easy start may have made them a bit complacent.
Spoke too soon. Saints get another with 42 seconds on the clock.

... and another mark at FF 20 seconds later. King gets it and the Aints lead 3.2 to 1.2

Tex Walker snaps a good goal within 15 seconds of the restart and the Crows trail by just 6.
