That's gotta be close; maybe the 99 ND too:dalyc wrote:I’m guessing the 2000 and 2006 ND picks must be two of the three.
rnd3; 2007 Rich: Toovey, S.Cox and Dick [didn't that light up the pre-game thread!] all debuted. The latter should have had much longer careers than they did.

I’ll take another stab and go for 2012.
National 1 18 Brodie Grundy
National 1 19 Ben Kennedy
National 1 20 Timothy Broomhead
National 2 38 Jackson Ramsay
National 5 94 Marley Williams
If I’m right though it won’t be too many games that were played together

Yep, well done P4S! (And sorry for the delayed response.) I was surprised to see Goodyear's name too; he's a player that I doubt many of us have thought of since 2016. Ah well, three stars out of four isn't a bad outcome!
Here's a new question: while we love griping about coaches here at Nick's, Collingwood has been remarkably successful in that area; over our history in the competition, only three of our coaches (including caretakers) in the past 116 years have overseen more losses than wins. Who were they?
Follow-up question: as I mentioned above, other clubs have had less good fortune. For instance, since Norm Smith retired in 1967, Melbourne have had no fewer than eighteen coaches, and only one of those has managed a better than 50% win rate. Who was it?
