I saw during the brissy scratch match he had gotten rid of that god awful peroxide hair. I reckon here’s a bit going on off field but I’m surprised they didn’t persist with him further up field too. Seemed like it was tried in 1 game, looked good, then sent him back to the goal square.

The kid oozes talent and, like JDG, is capable of turning and winning games for us off his own boot. That's a rare commodity which we desperately need. So what have people heard?
Apart from the gladular fever he copped a leg niggle and missed training last week but was right for the scratch match yesterday (or the day before).

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.... but geez our recruiters surely would have identified that key position backs and forwards were a gap for us....

Players we could have taken in that draft who are all doing well now remembering these guys are kids just like Stevo.... and are still developing.

Oscar Allen
Noah Balta
Naughton
Fritsch

We may have forked this one up as well.... he seems soft as butter and I can’t see him playing in the guts any time soon.

I also can’t see him being a key forward obviously

The sordid Betting scandal fiasco and the utterly contemptible penalty he copped, while thug Gaff, who knocked out a kids teeth, got two weeks less, go figure. Stevo has not been same since, knocked the tar outa him, but he will get over it, next season, he will be back to his best, im sure of it.

Mate, Stepho was lucky to get what he got. Betting is the worst thing you can do. Once you open up yourself to betting corruption, you have no credibility. He could have single handedly brought down the whole comp.

Anyone caught betting, especially on games they are participating in should be given a life suspension.

Ruscoe copped a bad corkie from Melbourne but still played against Norf, so Bucks can’t be too fussy about these niggly leg things.

Hawthorn were ridiculed a year or so after drafting Luke Hodge. Things can turn around. Let’s see how he goes when he’s another year past the glandular fever and is able to complete a pre season.

Mate, open thy eyes, the bloody League love betting, thrive on it, smell the coffee, like , who gets first kick, goal, point, cash in at half time etc, the game is swamped with betting, the League adores it, does sweet bugger all to scale it back, for kids, it promotes it for kids, actually. Stevo made a mistake, a big one, albeit cost him a lot of money, and games, but to give him ten weeks, whereas a thug removes four teeth from a young raw kid, with his elbow, and gets 8, two less, is a travesty of justice, money over a young kids health, facial features, get bloody real. ! :o
