Nice try, but wrong. He may or may not be telling the truth; this is not conspiracy theory. In his case, it's his everyday behaviour and a diagnosis with which every psychiatrist who has commented agrees.

Also Republican party chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and for Republican senator Thom Tillis (we already knew from earlier in the day that Mike Lee had tested positive shortly after running around and hugging everybody at a White House function a few days ago).

Pictures have emerged of a mind-blowingly stupid event in the White House Rose Garden with a whole stack of senior administration officials and assorted flunkies, not socially distanced in the slightest. They have brought it on themselves by their incredible stupidity.
