Hi all my fellow pie supporters...just wanted to let You all know that my dad passed away last thursday, the reason im telling you all is it is because of him that i am as rabid about Collingwood as I am...he was MAD collingwood and today at the funeral the theme song will be played at the end..
So another Pie man to go and look after Darren Millane for us...we will be there soon enough to party again with them all...

madness, I have never met you, but my deepest commiserations to you and your family. it's sad to see loved ones go, but if it's any comfort, your dad will be looking down on the pies from next year and hopefully inspiring them to greater things.

Losing a parent is probably about the most gut-wrenching thing that can happen to a person. You must be really going through the full wringer of emotions right now. My thoughts are with you.

Madness, I feel genuine grief whenever I hear of the death of one of the army. It's not the loss of someone I've never met and don't know, it's the loss of someone who has shared my memory of the Pies, of their home and their stars and their successes and failures. Someone who, if I did meet, would know what I meant when I tried to express the feelings my memories invoke.

Your loss is our loss and our thoughts are with you.
