Worse still is that a lot of toxic opposition supporters, whilst displaying their faux outrage, would secretly be delighted about this and would be hoping that the alleged incident is proven to have occurred.

Bunnings Karen had the right idea.

We should have gone the Universal Declaration of Human Rights defence.

Article 11.

(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.

That is if I assume correctly that DeGoey rubbed his penal up against a woman.

Anyway, really frustrating it’s been pushed back to April next year. Bloody hell. Expected though with the covid backlog. Maybe the people who made the decision hate Collingwood and saw an opportunity to screw up our trade/draft period and contract negotiations? This really throws a spanner in Treloar’s situation too.

Hmmm, what helpful timing ....

Strange term indecent assault. Indecent assault? As opposed to decent assault, like the time Chris Tarrant beat up that germ Mark Johnson at a nightclub. :D

I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that anti-Collingwood animus from the AFL has nothing whatsoever to do with this adjournment. Unless you think the AFL somehow have jurisdiction over the courts? :|

Who knows, maybe the pandemic was all a ploy to get one over the Pies too. ;)
