I do. I’ve seen the evidence and heard it first hand why he fell out of favour. He blew so many chances and got the boot up the ass he deserved. Hope he gets a reality check at North and doesn’t waste his talent. Too many bridges burnt at the Pies after the past year and a half. Mark Robinson and the other gutter snipes can get stuffed, they know what really went on but keep pushing the narrative everyone at Collingwood is an asshole.

Exactly. Swannie did far worse than was revealed by the information from MrMiyagi. We have fallen big time if we were once able to deal with Swannie, but gave up on Stepho with such nonchalant ease.

Yep I’m glad someone else gets this, these kids didn’t have to smart, they would have known AFL was calling, he’s not the first rising star to get ahead of themselves and won’t be the last. A visit from vicpol and a smarten yourself up talk, getting the parents involved, I reckon he would have pulled his head in. When the whole betting thing went down I posted here that his comment ‘nearly put me off gambling “ was a big alarm bell to me. It should have been to someone else smarter than me in the club.

I can easily name at least 4 or 5 other players whose off field indiscretions and or attitude were worse over the years, who managed to turn it around. I can’t believe how many are saying this might be his wake up call, wowee so what? So he stars with North? I still remember sitting in a Maccas car park on the way home from a horse event I competed in, and listening to Rocco win after the siren, or close to the siren, for North against us. One of those I know where I was moments.
