Joel, I was crook, in a bad mood and not feeling very diplomatic, so I apologise for being so terse.

I thought that you would be clever enough not to buy into the hysteria and give exposure to that sort of stuff (my prejudices are showing). Both the forum and the timing were inappropriate.

Mike - I never said I actually believed in Nostradamus and the like, just that it is freaky sometimes how prophecies seems close to the mark (even though they are vague).

Sorry for posting it in here, but isn't this the General forum...and if you don't mean it in that context, what other forums are there to talk about this stuff?
