Bahh. YOU are advocating the Sweden approach. YOU are objecting to public health measures which save lives and save money. Get your facts straight.
I am saying NSW seem to be doing a good job with a BALANCED response to COVID. Get your facts straight.
Which is something the Dan fanbois can’t understand, they think anything other than statewide Draconian lockdowns is letting it run wild.

They also think 4 cases a day is out of control...

They are clearly delusional

Sensible restrictions which keep a cluster under 200 is good governance.

No need to lock an entire state down for something confined to a small area.

But then this is Victoria where Regional Victoria was locked down with no cases in 99% of the state because Geelong hand an outbreak that was bigger than the entire NSW cluster!

So what you are saying is you'd rather shift the AFL season to another state again because you'd rather be safe than sorry?

Why not lock down everything until the virus is gone.....what if, like the flu, it never goes away....are you prepared to stay in lockdown for the rest of your life?

Don't have to be an Idiot with the Flu. There is Medicine for it and Once we Finally have something that works for Covid then things gone to be Fine

Dave, flu's been around for decades and it's still here. in 2019, over 300,000 Australian's caught the flu and 900 died.

What makes you think COVID will disappear?

Let’s not forget we have a vaccine for the flu and still it kills so many every year

Not sure this Covid vaccine will be the great saviour everyone thinks it will be

Or will we be willing to have a few hundred cases a day as long as people are vaccinated?

But NSW has done a very bad job with this latest outbreak - they didn't just let the cat out of the bag, they infected the other states as well.

According to the genomic sequencing which relates the outbreak here to the NSW outbreak, but there's still no patient 0 so they don't know how it got here.

cases will cross borders, cases will escape from hotel quarantine, even once everyone is vaccinated people will still catch it and die, we cannot do this lockdown everytime a case gets out and claiming Gladys is doing a poor job because 1 case slipped out is just being churlish

So if Gladys did a very bad job, how do you define what Dan did with Victoria's outbreak?

They won't lift anything Straight Away when the Vaccine Comes.

I say there be steps to take to try and see IF we can go back to Normal with a Vaccine.

IF Vaccine works yes we might get cases and in Higher Numbers but hardly anyone would be in Hospital with it
