Anyway good to see the resident sheep taking up Dans fight to blame a poor sick person for the Government’s best in the world system falling apart again!
Let me see: Eddiesmith vs The top medical and scientific advice available

It’s a toss up (or a tosser)

Is Eddiesmith the NSW right dishonourable MP Craig Kelly’s lovechild?
Medical advice had zero to do with it, it's all about logistics.

Dandrews knows that Melbournians have been bruised by the past lockdown and him slamming the border shut and they are very likely to be cranky. If he just locked down greater Melbourne there'd be a mass exodus which he wouldn't be able to stop, setting up another ring of chicken wire to keep people out of regional Victoria works as well as a flywire door in a submarine, chews up Police resources and pisses off Police. So Dan just throws the whole state under the bus to protect his own arse.

The man is unfit to hold the office of Premier and that's saying something.
Well doing that would just then Increase the Chance of Covid Spreading right Thru Victoria IF people could escape the City

So you'd rather work overtime than spend 23 hours a day with Mrs WPT? :P
I am just saying you are the one saying how bad it is in Melbourne

Did Qld, WA and NSW have to put up roadblocks to stop people leaving when they did localised lockdowns? Why is Dan the only premier incapable of doing it?

Anyway everyone should be thankful they don’t run a restaurant, how badly are they all going to get screwed over now with no Valentines Day and all stock already delivered and in a lot o lot cases, received?

Christmas Day has been the only event in Victoria for the last 12 months not to be cancelled by Dan, it’s a remarkable effort to keep bringing in restrictions before every big day for the hospitality industry.

QLD DID have the UK strain and neither then or WA felt the need to lockdown their entire state.

Areas of Victoria haven’t had a case for 10 months, some never had a case yet their thrown into worse restrictions than when Victoria had 700 daily cases. It’s just stupid and all because Dan couldn’t get the police in place to make some money from fining people...

A lockdown of the Western and north western suburbs would make more sense but that’s all ALP territory so the premier who doesn’t play politics during a pandemic must make sure everyone suffers equally

Well Keeping the State Open might mean these Places that had no Cases for 10 Months could easily get them.

When did QLD get the UK Strain?

The whole reason they did their 3 day Brisbane lockdown was because a worker got the UK strain.

Now like WA, they managed to contain it to just 2 cases, because their health department isn’t incompetent.

But the regional areas are fairly safe from those dirty western suburbs people who keep spreading this virus. They weren’t interested in heading to the country last year when the virus was running rampant.

Ouch.

My boss was flying to Qld for holidays tomorrow. Was.

Why can't these idiots manage hotel quarantine? Every other state can do it. Even the Vic QR code syetem is crap compared to NSW.

After bragging about how good the processes are in Vic this is just embarrassing

100% correct.

The Labor Government of Victoria can't be trusted with hotel quarantine. Time for the Federal Government come in and fix the mess Dan has created.

Or we outsource to a competent State (NSW) and pay them to take international travellers on our behalf.

It has been a federal responsibility from the word go.

And pretending that NSW has been any better than any other state is a frigging joke. They have had numerous stuff-ups, starting with the Ruby Princess and continuing with their infection of all the other states just a few weeks ago.

Wasn’t this latest outbreak caused by someone using a nebuliser in a hotel room, even though they were strictly forbidden from doing so?I don’t think you can lay the blame at the feet of Andrews this time, even if you could for the last outbreak. He’s hardly responsible for someone sneaking in a nebuliser into their room and not telling anyone about it,
