A pretty silly one, imo. Anyhow, from my memory, there's always been a distinction in crowd treatment of players who left for money / questionable reasons (e.g. Nick Davis) vs those who were essentially forced to ply their trade elsewhere (like Treloar). If you're going to boo anyone, I would like to think it's for a good reason.

No, I would be more inclined to boo the list managers and financial officers who backended his contract and then traded him to correct their mistake. Except most of them have been sacked anyway.

I wouldn’t boo treloar, but I'd happily boo our incompetent coaching staff and administrators who caused the off season mess we ended up in. These are the people who really deserve our 'boos', not the players who actually wanted to stay and play for the club.

I won't be there but I generally don't Boo anyone. I cringe when I hear people doing it, it's so vaudeville.

Besides, why would anyone want to boo a player who was made to leave because our contract management was incompetent?

Quite right, Warren and Dr Pie. Why does this question even arise? Adz is a very good player, and he wanted to stay with us. He was forced out by the incompetence, and one might add, treachery of the recruitment/coaching regime who spread rumours and stabbed Adz in the back in order to dispose of him. I will be sad when I see him run out in Western Bulldog colours, because I know that we should never have lost him like that.
