No Ruckmen and we still lost. 5,000 taps, 4,900 to advantage and let's face it, Brundy did well - but against who? and we lost so what does that tell you?
WHE has to be dropped.
Cox has to be dropped (couldn't put his hands on the ball, hold his ground in the last qrt over smaller defenders 30 mtrs out - enough of him).
Callum has to be dropped.
Thomas has to be dropped.
Sier doen't hurt you (hopefully that will come soon).
Anybody else?
Forwards don't exist and no connection with the mid-field and the Ruckman advantage is irrelevant. 10 years of Bucks and this is what we get ...seriously he is clueless in the box. (as for last week, don't care who coaches as long as we win)
Sure we will win a few games here and there but this playing list definitely needs a new Coach to decide what is required.

Oh please Presti!!!!! That's hardly an adequate excuse. There's many here who have seen the same heart breaks, but handle them with a lot more...... nup, will restrain myself from saying what I'd really like to say.Presti35 wrote:Seen too many heartbreaks and can't handle the losses anymore. Too many plodders on the list
Why isn't the team coached to drive the ball deep into our forward line when a player (Mihocek) marks on the wing with 2.22 left on the clock.
Noble trailed Bailey by 20 metres when the Lion took the mark in the last seconds- sagging off for an easy kick- not good enough.
We have so many young lads with speed and skill on the list whose progress is stifled by Thomas, Noble, Madgen, ...
Please bring Murphy, McCreery and Kelly in this week.
I would invite Sir Scott Burns to be interim coach for the remainder of 2021.
If we lose to GWS and WCE in the next two weeks (both likely), Bucks needs to fall on his sword...

Agree PP. Fantastic response. We all are heartbroken by tonight, but we dont all react in that manner.PyreneesPie wrote:Oh please Presti!!!!! That's hardly an adequate excuse. I too have acquired the Sads tonight, as a result of the final score.
I have just ceased shaking from rage; it took a while, I can tell you.
Not often I disagree with your wisdom, but thought Noble was one of our better triers tonight, in a team of lethargic plodders. Yes, he will make a mistake or two each week, sometimes costly, but he isn't alone there.
He is often running past for a receive, and trying to break the lines, just like Crispy. I cannot fault his efforts; he is currently out performing MANY players in this team, of overpaid, over-rated meh footballers.
It is NOT Noble's fault we lost; as you know - these games are lost over all four quarters, not just the last 30 seconds...

Yep. Brisbane missing the Big O, Jarrod Berry, McStay and Rainer. Had an atrocious setup for the game, what with having to stay in Melbourne and whatnot. The Pretender wrote:Unbelievable.
Can't even blame injuries
Billy is the only one.
Played in Melbourne
Brisbane had no ruckman.
Still found a way to lose.
Brisbane can only get better, that was the best we can do.
19 more games to go, max. Then we can start afresh. Get some new ideas through the place.

True, no REAL Collingwood fan laughs at us when we lose, make fun of us, no way Jose, By all means sledge us, be critical, call for changes, call for new directions, new Coaches, etc, but dont laugh at us when we lose by one friggin point, that is something i will not abide, not now, not ever.

And you know what? Dropping sitters like that is a sign your time is up.blackandwhite4life wrote:The dropped chest mark in the last quarter in about 20 metres out was very poor.Big T wrote:And of course WHE must have played his last game surely.
"Perceived pressure", said the commentators. Mmmm, exactly.
Do you recall the one Dawes dropped against North Melbourne in 2012?
He was out of the place a few months later...
