3. Accommodation. Even you stated a long time ago we needed some form of NT style accommodation. Hotel quarantine is for hotel tourists not for quarantining people. As you know Scotty has now decided it’s a good idea after the horse has bolted.
4. Communication: Messaging and marketing. This has been a dogs breakfast from mixed messages, to Ministers giving conflicting advice to being so slow and tardy. The first role of Government in a pandemic like situation is to provide clear unambiguous advice and information. Unfortunately your mate Scotty has wanted to politicise everything that he missed some significant opportunities.

Under pressure Scotty from Marketing is found wanting.
