16 years?! "C'mon, man." It'd be ridiculous if they served any jail time at all over that. Like, maybe a fine or something?

I posted this under podcasts: it’s 5 episodes of the only proven case of voter fraud in the last 80 years. Democrats love to use it because it shows how the Republican’s were proven guilty. Republicans without shame love to use it because it shows that fraud occurs.

It’s not party political, it’s not preachy but highly informative and fascinating listening into the micro and ultimately the racist disenfranchisement of Blacks in the US, small town politics, groups, tensions not just between groups but within groups too.

That's what I thought.
I would prefer to see them wrestling over the tiara.

Actual evidence of electoral fraud:
A Colorado man suspected in the death of his wife, who disappeared on Mother’s Day last year, is also accused of submitting a fraudulent vote on her behalf for Donald Trump in November’s presidential election, court documents show.

...

An arrest affidavit by [a] county sheriff’s detective sergeant, Claudette Hysjulien, says the county clerk’s office received a suspicious mail ballot in Suzanne Chaffee’s name in October.

Sheriff’s investigators saw the ballot, which had been mailed by the state to Suzanne Chaffee, lacked Suzanne’s signature, as required by law. Barry Morphew had signed it as a witness.

Morphew was interviewed by two FBI agents about the ballot in April. Asked why he sent it, he told the agents, “Just because I wanted Trump to win,” according to the affidavit. “I just thought, give him another vote.”

Asked if he knew it was illegal to send someone else’s ballot, Morphew replied: “I didn’t know you couldn’t do that for your spouse.”

The affidavit says Morphew faces two new counts: felony forgery and misdemeanor ballot fraud. On Friday, Morphew was being advised of the new charges in Chaffee county district court.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/202 ... -suspended
Rudy Giuliani is suspended from practicing law in New York state following disciplinary proceedings over his misleading statements to courts and the public following the 2020 US presidential election.

The New York supreme court issued its decision on Thursday, saying that it had found “uncontroverted evidence” that Giuliani made “demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large”, on behalf of his client, then-president Donald Trump, and created a “narrative that due to widespread voter fraud, victory in the 2020 United States presidential election was stolen from his client”.

....

The five-justice appellate division said Giuliani’s conduct threatened the public interest and warranted an interim suspension. The seriousness of the misconduct, the court said in a 33-page decision, “can not be overstated”.
