Not only stupid but incompetent.
More obsession.

Prior to last week they couldn't force the aged care staff to get vaccinated. The business themselves still need to consider if they do force staff to get vaccinated, will they have enough staff left?
Believe it or not, people have been choosing to not get vaccinated, but lets not allow facts to interfere with another Morrison bashing hissy fit.

You really should speak to your doctor about getting Pfizer. Rather than thinking you're taking it from someone who needs it, view it as you're taking the shot that someone else declined.

I have 4 nights in Darwin booked for next month. I'll be fully vaccinated before then and I plan to enjoy myself, touch wood.

Well the government definitely doesn't want you to, but they can complain all they like, people will do whatever they like.

To me it seems like a great way to double your holidays, take 2 weeks of leave then get 2 weeks pandemic leave on return!!!

I think you should look in the mirror Stui although I admire your defence of the indefensible. Huge cock up by Scotty.

Collingwood’s first three quarters on Sunday were as coherent as Scotty’s messaging, the on field leadership in the first three quarters went missing reflecting the Federal Governments lack of leadership and confusion. Then again Collingwood were not that bad.

But your black knight impersonation is admirable, wrong but admirable.

So the UK has officially become a science experiment. BoJo has removed all restrictions, backing the vaccine to do it's job.
The removal of restrictions is not particularly unique and has occurred in plenty of other countries, including the United States.

But what makes Monday’s announcement so significant is that this will be the first time any major country tests what happens when unrestricted community transmission meets widespread vaccination coverage.
And they do have pretty good coverage
Nearly 86 per cent of all adults in the UK have received one dose and 64 per cent the maximum protection of two.
Starting their rollout at a time when 1000 people were dying on average each day is a good way to get buy in and population density (55+ Million people in an area smaller than Victoria) makes the logistics pretty easy.

It also helps that they're just prepared to accept that some people will die.
the public’s understanding of death has matured since last year. Many now realise the vaccines will not prevent every death from COVID-19 but are reassured they will stop the vast majority. There is also greater awareness of how many have died from missed cancer diagnoses or suicides stemming from lockdown.
The world will be watching because this is supposed to be the way forward, living with the virus. I'd be morbidly curious as to what sort of daily death rate would make them back off and go back into a lockdown, but for their sake I'd rather not find out.

Not a bad thing. I read somewhere that the Pfizer one is a fair bit less effective against the Delta strain. Haven't seen data on the AZ

And your obsession with ScoMo has turned you into an utter pillock.

It is possible to acknowledge that the vaccine rollout has been largely a clustercluck while still being able to retain factual posting. I'm waiting for you to fully jump the shark and try to link rising sea levels in the Torres Strait with the vaccine rollout.

Anything's possible after the Victorian government demanded a cut in returned travelers then blamed the Federal government's decision to cut numbers as a reason for them cancelling the F1 GP.
