Personally, I'd be particularly devastated if that happened, what with the Melbourne Film Festival being only three weeks away! At least they're partially online again this year (presumably as insurance for just this possibility), but it'd still be pretty disappointing if no cinema screenings were possible.

Well, it would certainly help if every human in society were an obedient and maximally conscientious automaton, but that's not the case and never will be. It's like deciding on a zero-crime goal for 2022 and then getting annoyed every time a new crime happens. You can hope for majority compliance; but otherwise, welcome to human nature, it's not going to suddenly substantially improve anytime soon …

Victoria probably really should go into Lockdown Now so we don't be like NSW and let it get out of hand which it can do very quickly just over a Day or 2

and When Starting to Open Small Business still have a Limit how far you can Travel to make sure spread does not go Further
