One thing I’ll say for dim sims is that they’re nowhere near as disgusting as that last quarter was.

Doing some research on line, apparently The Noodle Station near me has the best Dim Sims in Australia.

OK, so the reviewer was probably the owners cousin, but I'm going to need to give them a go. It's actually pretty good fresh tucker in there, everything is cooked fresh to order. Only problem is they only deliver via Uber Eats, I'm a Menulog fan.

Not even the dodgy bain marie pizza joints on Swanston? The South Melbourne Market Dim Sims opened an outlet on Elizabeth Street near Flinders, but it never really took off - I guess most people thought twice about the public etiquette of having a couple of large garlic dim sims with them on the train ride home.

I almost missed that. You can't diss the Chiko Roll, the ads alone were legendary. A cousin of mine had their first job soldering the crusts onto Chiko rolls. Go the Chiko every day over the Spring roll.
Love Chiko rolls. BTW do people know that it originated in Bendigo? And Gillies pies.
Also as a matter of interest, the first ever Myers was opened in Bendigo.

Go the Chicko.

I've tried Gillies Pies, quite good but Villi's Pies were something else when they used to be available. Beat the sh1t out of the 4&20. I think they were out of Ballarat?
