...I don't really follow the media, so this may have already been covered, but have you been asked to make the inaugural presentation at a Grand Final of the McHale Medal? As it was your idea, I think you should have some entitlement to that honor.

(And if you do, take a swipe at whichever Coach you have to give it to!)

I'm not sure about "rightfully", Joffa. With no disrespect intended, if the great Jock McHale was still alive and asked to make the presentation, then I'd understand. But that's not the case.

As it was your idea, I think you should've been asked to make some small contribution.

Perhaps you could stand behind the recipient Coach with a chair, a la professional Wrestling.
