Amended ladder positions

Does anyone have any information as to how the VFL plan to sort out the imbalance of games played to date ?
We’re getting closer to finals and there are a number of options still available in establishing a fair ladder order.
I’m guessing the obvious outcome would be to formulate every clubs winning ratio against total games played and there’s your ladder order at the end of the home and aways.
Any feedback is much appreciated

Ok, thanks.

And if they do have a finals series, the other interesting amendment will be player qualifications for finals.
There’s a lot of combinations and permutations to work through in a number of areas.
