It's massive to have these two officially on board! I'm rapt & can't wait to see the kind of game plan we come out with next year & beyond.

Geez, that looks like a pretty bloody good coaching panel, first time senior coach albeit one with lots of experience in the system, flanked by 2 experienced assistants both who've coached AFL teams. (Carlton sort of counts as an AFL team)

Now add a top quality forward coach and real ruck coach please

As players both Leppa and McRae have each been in three flags

As coach, Leppa ,McRae & Bolton in successful clubs winning flags

And if Cory Enright (rumour only to come) there’s another hat trick of flags as a player

Lot of what’s needed to know how to win flags
I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right

What do we make of Bolton. Love to have Luke Hodge at Collingwood too.But what about Bolton.
It’s a matter now of getting and having the best cattle to work with too. Cattle I mean players.
We need the best players now.
I did tell ya get rid of this McGuire Buckley show and the good times will come

We won't be trading out any picks we need all of them for Daicos

Two great appointments.

I love that they’ve both coached a team In their own right and that they both come from winning cultures.

If last off season was the one from hell, this one looks like being the exact opposite once we add Daicos to it.
Beware the swooping Magpie.

And Carlton still dither with their so called process which is being made up on the run. Looks like Vos has rejected them now too. We have a good two month head start on them for next season and importantly all the pre-season player trading and drafting. Our board issues are really not relevant when the football dept. is so stable under Wrighty.

we now have a coaching staff/management team that could probably beat the players in a game of footy!

having the best coaches in the world doesn't mean shit if you have a crap list.

What was it that Leigh Matthews said about coaching?
