Smart move by the young man. He will get his chances.

If we’re going all in on Krueger and Lipinski, I can’t see it being done without involving either our future second AND / OR our future third.
We may walk one through to the PSD or not. Obviously walking one through keeps our 2022 draft hand in better shape. Trading for both of them also leaves us with a third player to come via the PSD and / or a free agent still yet to be determined.
Don’t want to get ahead of ourselves but history shows, when you nominate a club, it usually eventuates. Baby steps

Probably best to break it down to a draft range rather than try and anticipate unlikely player swaps.
Out of contract. Tall swing man capabilities. Achieved very little at AFL level.
Not a big investment when first drafted. Maybe mid - late thirties.
Cats should be keen on picks, so dealing in draft selections shouldn’t be a problem.

Do you roll the dice on 3 knee recos when he's (Sam Skinner) in this kind of form? 24 year old 198cm 100Kg monster from Gipsland that costs nothing... but those knees?

Kreuger doesn't even have a Wikipedia page!

4th round pick swap. lol

Actually, he does look good. Carlton gave up their rights for him for pick 42.

Just turned 22, Geelong held his development whilst they chased a flag and in 2021 went all out getting Cameron.

Time will tell, but we lament our trades, but Jeez it could go down like this :

Geelong gave up 3 first rounders for Cameron (with something back), only to come up empty, and they lose disgruntled Kreuger as well.
