Wright’s Continental Tyres AFL Trade Radio statements on Thursday were concise and masterful.
A clear statement of our Clubs intent regarding the two players we have prioritised, without showing our cards or appearing desperate. He also provided the opportunity for Cox to make a graceful exit, or remain at the club as a backup player.
Extremely refreshing to hear a true professional strategically positioning our club for the upcoming trade period, rather than the bumbled bluff and bluster of years gone by.

The only thing that'd merit him changing his view at this stage is an outstanding combine performance by a Darcy or JHF type and I think the combines have been cancelled.MJ23 wrote:Yeah I wish he would stop doing that.........jackcass wrote:Nick Daicos still rated at pick 1 according to Twomey.

Had a look at how we get Lipinski and Krugear.
Both Cats & Dogs would like Lynch but Dogs are going to get Young Darcy but have a 1,050 points so unless he goes at pick 12 they are in deficit so the "Go Hard Dogs will bet wanting "points to cover".
You would expect we are not going to give up any "points given we need more"
So in reality the Cats might be a better place to deal whereby
we give them Lynchy and pick 45 for Krugear and pick 32
(they also have pick 34).
This transaction nets us an additional 237 points which means we would be within a few points of pick 2 for young Daicos.
So the "Go Hard Dogs" might have Mr Lipinski walk through to the PSD

Bucks you just reckon he can still cut it in the middle
