Yep, if we can get the fully vaxxed to 95% and keep it there with boosters there's no reason wht what's happening in Europe will happen here. The small % of unvaxxed will inevitably get immunity the hard way by catching it.
Very True Stui.

We have to keep people Getting the Boosters as IF they don't things could get Worse Again because lack of Booster Vaccinations and could wind back in Lockdown

While Vitamin D is not a cure or preventative on it's own, there's been several studies that show a correlation between low level of Vitamin D and getting infected with Covid.

Anyone not taking supplements in the UK and much of northern Europe would be likely Vitamin D deficient, which isn't a problem in an Australian Summer. So get outside, get some sunshine.
Good observation and one I've read about as well.

Everyone should be encouraged to raise their Vitamin D levels, ideally through natural sunlight.

Went to the Chrio this morning, he just got out of 7 days Iso, he was a close contact, one of his patients was positive.

30 minutes in a confined space, both wearing masks, him double vaxxed, no problems. He was allowed out after 7 days and 2 negative tests.

It’s interesting how despite the same crowds organising these protests as the earlier ones, there hasn’t been any violence.

It’s almost like if the police don’t throw the first punch the protesters don’t get violent. Remarkable, never saw that coming…

I'd say that despite similar organisers, you have a different demographic protesting, at least in the majority.

CFMEU trained Tradies have a habit of being violent, but even then as the real Tradies numbers diminished and the radicals increased, that's when the violence started against Police.

These ones are more ordinary people, teachers, nurses, etc, people locked out of their jobs and people who empathise with them and disagree with the mandatory vaccinations and the draft Pandemic Bill. Much less likely to be violent so Police can step back.

As I've said previously, I don't agree with protests in general, but the icing on the cake has to be the counter protesters. Calling people who don't want to undergo a medical procedure Nazis and Fascists? Really? Collective IQ of pond scum.

Japan sent vaccine and medical workers to Palau and they have all been vaxxed. The Japanese used it as a pilot program for their own islands and Palau is a popular tourist destination for Japanese and they wanted somewhere to go without worry. Noumea has probably gone all right as a French territory.

maybe i should show you the video of the protestors chucking broken bottles and steel taps at the cops BEFORE they finally responded?

but waste of time, go ahead believe what you want but just know you couldnt be more wrong if you tried!

calling a simple vaccination, one with less side effects than the pill etc etc a medical procedure is a damn stretch if you ask me!

but since they are so scared of medical science and doctors, and want to listen to doctor google instead, let em go with out it, and then let em die in the street! ****!

yeah well even though shes had her first dose i got another round of these people have had severe reactions, i swear half the people in werribee hospital live in her street, and they all must be damn unhealthy!

what is the difference between this vaccine and the baby ones seriously? aside from the fact that right now its imperative as many people as possible get it?

the odds, you have spouted them here before, how many people worldwide? and this woman knows about 8 of them at last count! i dont know 1 person who has had anything worse than the chills or a sore arm!

the bullshit protests are out of control. there are 3 options.

Do you remember how you felt when you were scared of getting the AZ shot?

No one belittled you, called you an idiot, a nazi, or told you to die in the street. Instead, you had people around you who acknowledged your fears but helped you to understand the risks and for you to make the decision to get it.

What if, instead, you had people around you who fed your anxieties rather than calming them? Would we be having a very different conversation?
