After seeing the crazy kid get off, where does it end? How is it remotely legal for a 17 year old to have a semi automatic assault rifle? Legal because of the barrel length! Never mind how many bullets it shoots in quick succession!

hah, good pig hunting gun as it's short barreled and had enough stopping power, don't think I would have argued with a bloke using an M16 though.

Handed it in to the cops years ago as it became highly illegal.

This isstill ongoing.

I really don’t think he’s liable for anything. Much as I’m not a fan.

How was He to know?

It’s on the person dealing with the gun surely?

I tuned out a while ago, but my vague understanding is that the case against him is pretty flimsy, the case against the armourer less so. Somehow the assistant director seems to have taken a deal at an early stage and to be mostly out of the picture, despite being more or less in charge of the set that day and also being the guy who handed the gun to Baldwin.

It’s a messy business, that’s for sure.

The Armorour is the one who is ultimately responsible to ensure the guns on set are safe. That's their job.
