foxsports is saying we have 39,41,43,45, but i think they were used for Daicos.
If someone can figure it out, I'd love to know too. I'm completely lost.

Nice work.
Pick # 45 and a couple late futures would get us in amongst the back half of second round if we can find a suitor.
Alternatively, 45 and 51 should come in a few spots because of several likely NGAs and F / S selections in the second round.

I would have liked for us to get more aggressive last night and get ourselves into the top 20 some how.

Future first rounder after the Daicos bid for one of Freo’s 2 picks in the top 10 for example.

Tonight will likely be a bore for us Collingwood people!

thanks for that - #45 and #51 not too shabby.

i was looking through the possible top 50 draft picks last week, and (of course!) they all sound terrific.

Clubs must use two of their first-round picks over a rolling four-year period.
Pretty sure it means we have to keep next year's pick

We had multiple selections in the 1st round last season and Nick Daicos last night.

That rule wouldn't have been in play for us.

Thanks Burnsy,

Wonder if we'll be able to do some trades to get higher?

Unfortunately neither St Kilda or GWS have any selections in the 2nd round so 45 is highly unlikely to come in. If anything it'll go out 2 places.

I think they will have to find a way to make it happen and it may all happen in the first 10 mins of tonight’s action.
GWS will match the bid for Fahey. Saints will match Owens and possibly their other one and that still leaves Burgoyne ( Port ) and Woewodin ( might be after 40 ) to come. Reckon a few picks will get wiped off before 51 at least.
We will soon see.

Well this isn’t going according to the script.
45 mins in and no pick swaps between clubs. Saints match bid for Owens but hasn’t really moved us up the order at all.

Guessing we’re trying to do some trades but getting nowhere. 48th pick gained ain’t exciting me.
We just have to be happy with ND and the kids we have.
The match day thread is for unfiltered BS knee jerk reactions. The time for level headed comment comes after.
