The theory that teams have purposely not made deals with Essendon this year has some merit. They got Kelly as a free agent, but were not involved in any trades during trade week or during the draft.
Are they happy with their list or is it true that every other team refused to deal with them?

Yep the shotgun approach. Inevitably a few will have to be delisted in time but I hope the cream reaches the top and are retained. TWT (time will tell)
Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine!

I wouldn't know this Dean if I walked past him but I like what I've read, impressed with his 2km time trial result and he appears to have performed well against mature bodies in the VFL for someone kp size and still only 20.
Seems like the kind worth giving an opportunity to with a rookie selection.
