This has taken a twist
Fox Footy reporter Tom Morris has been stood down after offensive audio surfaced of him making a series of derogatory comments about a female colleague.

Was just about to post that, Jezza! No coincidence with the timing. Goes a long way to explaining why Eddie rarely fired back at the AFL and journos, reckon there were a fair few “private” recordings hanging over his head.
Pretty sure it’s illegal to record a conversation without their knowledge? Police have to get court warrants for that.

Damn, I better be careful what I saw on the phone when I’m sitting on the dunny at the MCG then!K wrote:^ No, it's not illegal at all.
Court warrants are for stuff like police bugging folks' homes, etc.!
Not just a chat participant or witness taping it.
I normally dislike footy media, but Morris asked a footy relevant question and Bevo was way out of line. The audio leak is payback, wonder who the friend of a friend is, or if it was someone at FOX wanting Morris’s job?
